Returns

Returning an Item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its *original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, where applicable, will still be payable by the customer).  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.  If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
 
* When trying on clothing, if you find that the item is the wrong size, please be aware that if there are any marks on the item (from deodorants/creams/make-up etc.) we may be unable to refund as the item is no longer in its original condition.
 
Please note that due to Health and Safety we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges on any of our riding hats.  You can, therefore, buy from us in the knowledge that our hats are brand new, unworn and undamaged.  We strongly advise that you go for a hat fitting before purchasing a hat online. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
To return an item please Email Us with your order number and which items you wish to return.  We will provide you with any information you need to return the item(s).
 
Returning an Item Deemed to be Damaged, Defective or Incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.  Ladybooth Equestrian & Country will check all items returned as damaged or defective.  In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
